NIC "A Network of Intercultural Communication"

Project summary

The project focuses on two fundamental themes: Intercultural communication and European citizenship.
Its starting point is to reflect upon and become aware of one own’s culture in its various aspects: social systems, values, traditions and geo-historical roots.
Through the contact and exchange with the participating countries and the knowledge and comparison with different cultural realities, similarities and differences will emerge.
The approach will be free from prejudices and stereotypes with the utmost respect for the differences.
Every activity will aim at promoting intercultural awareness in order to establish an intercultural communication network among the Partners that leads towards the formation of a European identity.
